Job Description

Job Responsibilities Position will focus on realizing results through Design, develop and release product sub-systems by owning medium-complex projects Execute projects that originate as part of New Product Development (NPD), Continuous Improvement Program (CIP), Non-Standard Requests (NSR) and Cost Reduction Collaborate with both internal and external cross functional teams to ensure the product design meets its objectives, validate the design through performance testing and obtain approvals by following Product Development and Release (PDR) process Accountable for delivering on time with quality as part of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Coach and coordinate Hardware Designers/Drafters for carrying out detailed design and drafting activities.
