Responsibilities
Competent professional with over 1 - 10 years of rich experience in Recruiting, Temp Staffing.-
Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition sites.
Meeting TA demand and supply
Proficiency with Boolean Search techniques & XRay searching capabilities.
Proven expertise in building and managing large-scale Recruiting & Staffing Operations.
Ability to meet daily targets.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per employment laws and regulations
Skills/Experience
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Should be an excellent team player
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
Strong Sourcing skills.
