Implementation - Configuration/ installation of devices/ software
Problem Analysis & identification of Solution
Coordination with OEMs, Vendors & Distributors in case of support needed
User Acceptance Testing for completed project activities (with client)
Internal Project Milestone completion updates
Integration of multi-vendor solutions
Knowledge Transfer Session to Clients' internal IT Teams
Knowledge Transfer Session to Operation (Support) Team
Support to Clients' Internal IT Team for creation/ updating SOPs
