Urgent Requirement for Dubai :

AIRCRAFT FUEL OPERATORS :

  • Candidates must have Dubai experience. Require valid or expired Light or Heavy Vehicle Dubai License.
  • Candidate must have experience of 2 -3 Yrs in UAE.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • To provide an international class aviation fueling operation fully meeting the requirements of customers, Total Marketing Middle East FZE and Air Total Energies with respect to standards of service, quality, efficiency, safety, security, and environment protection.
  • To work with the TMME / Air Total Energies and/or the Joint In-To-Plane Manager team to continuously seek ways to improve levels of personal and company performance by optimizing the use of equipment, facilities, new technology and training provided by Air Total Energies.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance processes and guidelines specific to positions roles and responsibilities.
  • Completing all activities in the best interests of TMME / Air Total Energies and the companies for whom it provides a service
  • Safe Driving & Refueling of aircrafts following all industry procedures.
  • Receipt and offloading of fuel from road bridging vehicles.
  • Loading, offloading, drivingand operating fueller vehicles and dispensers to fuel customers aircraft or other equipment,
  • Operating all mechanical and electrical equipment and handling all products within the depot and hydrant network necessary for fuel handling, fire protection and operation of the depot and the hydrant
  • Completing daily quality and stock control on mobile fuelling equipment,
  • Completion of paper documentation including aircraft delivery tickets and inspection records associated with recording completion of your duties.
  • Complete all activities safely without risk to yourself or others,
  • Observe all environmental protection measures adopted by Air Total Energies, TMME and/or the Joint In-To-Plane Manager in the design and operation of its facilities and equipment,
  • Responding to emergencies in accordance with the emergency manual including raising the alarm and assisting during the emergency to the extent that training has been given,
  • Reporting and recording Accidents, Incidents, Near Miss or other reportable situations in accordance with Air Total Energies and/or the Joint Into- Plane Manager procedures.
  • Reporting and recording any flight or refueling delays.
  • Receipt and safeguard of any cash payments made by customers.

JOB ACCCOUNTABILITIES

Technical, Operational, HSES and Product Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all grades of aviation fuel handled and dispensed are supported by appropriate quality documentation. This applies to grades supplied by TOTAL and any third parties, and all quality documents should clearly provide assurance that the products have been tested and meet the relevant specifications.
  • Safe maneuvering of refueling equipment on airport apron.
  • Manage fuel stocks at the airport to meet customers demands.
  • Responsible for providing a safe and efficient fuelling service to customers aircraft, which is organized in such a manner that scheduled aircraft can be fuelled within their turnaround time. All reasonable efforts shall be made to satisfy the fuelling requirements of non-scheduled aircraft although scheduled airlines shall receive priority. Any incidents or delays involving aircraft shall be reported immediately to the Joint In-to-Plane Manager then to TMME.
  • Ensure that the Air Total Energies Training System is fully and effectively implemented in accordance with the methodology detailed in the Operations Training Manual. 
  • Actively participate in up to date; site specific Emergency Procedures Manual covering all possible incidents that may occur. These procedures shall be tested by conducting regular drills to determine their effectiveness. Where possible, these drills shall include other parties such as the emergency services.
  • Be totally responsible for the safety and security of the depot and/or vehicles, reporting any problems that develop urgently to the next available line manager.
  • To control operations on airfield taking initial calls from airlines.

               Willing to work on a rotating 24/7 shift basis.

Candidate profile QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Knowledge:

  • Good technical knowledge in Aviation operations & Quality control.
  • Proficiency in English language, Computer Literacy Education
  • Vocational school with technical education with understanding the operations of mobile mechanical equipment

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in aircraft refuelling operations with refuellers & dispensers. Willing to work on a rotating 24/7 shift basis.

Driving License:

  • Valid UAE Light duty (Manual) driving license is a must, Having UAE Heavy duty license (No.4) would be an added advantage.
