Job Description

Us Travel Sales Consultant

Assist clients in booking a holiday package of their choice. The role demands sales and operations for Fixed Departures/ Group Packages in Europe and other long haul destinations. In this role, you will help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need.

• Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirements
• Understand clients requirement and offer packages accordingly
• Coordinating with operations team.
• Handling operations/sales for inbound tour enquiries
• Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of international / outbound tour packages
• Providing excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolution
• Assisting clients with flight ticketing and pre-trip formalities
• Post sales file operations, Invoicing
• Achieve the assigned sales targets
• Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
• Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is must.
• Have passion for Sales and customer service is must
• Knowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint
• Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but not a constraint
• Candidates from travel / Airlines / Hospitality industry will be preferred.
