-Thorough knowledge in organizing and conducting training in GMP, GDP and GLP
-Setting Systems and procedures for Induction training , on job training and classroom training.
- Adequate knowledge on OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE IS MUST
- Fluency in English Verbal and written is required (convent educated) with good Public speaking
- Should be certified trainer from recognized institutions
- Should be thorough in knowing GMP documentation related to training as per regulatory requirements
-Should have worked in regulated companies having USFDA, MHRA certifications and have faced inspection.
- Improvise practices observed on the shop floor.
- To help the company in bringing cultural transformation.
