Position: Branch Manager

The Group is seeking to fill the Branch Manager position. The candidate selected should be an Engineering graduate, with extensive experience in leading a good and effective sales team. The position would report to the National Sales Manager.
.
Responsibilities:
1.Managing Branch as profit centre
2.Ensuring the given Sales Target is achieved in the Region
3.Closing Orders and Collaborating with Operations / Plant to ensure complete Customer satisfaction.
4.Maintaining relation with key clients/OEMs
5.Scanning and Analyzing competitive scenario
6.To make regular customer visits
7.Identifying and developing new product and application opportunities
8.Motivate and Coach the entire Team
9. Preparation & submission of MIS reports

3.Extensive Travel

Location: Baroda
Educational Requirements:
BE or B Tech Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical. Preferably MBA / PGDBM
Skills & Experience Requirements:
Compensation : Open
Experience : 8+ Years in Industrial sales of capital equipment and managing team of Sales and Service Engineers.
Knowledge preferred : Thermal Engineering, Industrial market for applied engineering products.
Key Managerial Skills : Inspirational Leadership, Effective Supervision, Employee Engagement.
