We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can handle internal hiring and the floor operations of the company.

A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training of new staff members. They also assist with payroll management, so employees receive their paychecks on time.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Develop training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1-year previous experience in HR.
Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
Outstanding communication ability.
