: You will begin in an individual contributors role, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byjus way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique Byjus way of Learning to students and parents and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone. Sector: Sales, Business Development.
Preferred Skill Sets: Skills Required:-Sales/Marketing, Inside Sales, Direct Sales, Field Sales, Convincing skills, Cold Calling Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector. Interested in mentoring and guiding students. Having a knack for sales Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experienced Required:-0-5 yrs into Sales/E-Learning / EdTech
Working Days:-5 Days in Week (Monday & Tuesday Off)
Languages Required:-English, Hindi, Gujarati and other languages will be an added advantage
Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Grad Degree, MBA
Training: All selected candidates will be part of a 1.5/2 month training process under the Business Development Trainee profile. On successful completion of training Candidates will be promoted to the role of Business Development Associates (BDA)
Travel Facility will be provided by the company for client visit Purpose only. BDT duration :1.5 months BDT:INR 25000 per month + performance pay up to INR 2,00,000/- based on individual targets and performance numbers BDA Designation will be based on performance as a BDT and package will be around 10,000,00/- LPA.
