URGENT HIRING FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Building domain expertise on Mobile VAS & Core services
• Building product expertise, methods & practices to assist deployments
• Travel onsite for deployments wherever applicable
• Training customer on product usage
• Conducting product User acceptance with customer
• Participation in deployment audit and corrections
• Documenting deployment procedures
• Building expertise on Ticketing, Defect tracking & Monitoring tools
• Building expertise on acceptance testing & Simulation in labs Prioritize & reporting issues,
• Escalations to project & team Managers
• Skill full Interaction with Development, Testing teams
• Proactive resolution & trouble shooting of customer queries
• Continuous Improvement & Feedback sharing from site experience

Ideal Candidate:

• 10+3/10+2+3, Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. / B.E / B. Tech /MCA Freshers having scored in aggregate 60% & above (Branches - Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communication / Electronics Electrical) 2019, 2020,2021,2022 pass outs.
• Exposure to Windows OS, MS office basics
• Exposure to Linux OS basics.
• Exposure to Database Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Query basics
• Exposure to basic computer Hardware & Networking concepts
• Fundamentals of programming languages C++, Java preferred
• Good English communication & presentation skills
• Good Problem solving & analytical skills
• Customer Interaction skills.

Training: On Job Training provided for freshers

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

5 Days working Saturday and Sunday week off

• Basis educational qualification with 60% any educational background 10+2+3 or 10+3 or BCA,MCA & engineering background except civil, certifications must be good at JAVA or C, C++.
• Good at Communications skills, Analytical skills & problem-solving skills.
• Exceptions: OK to provide opportunities for candidate with maternity break or career break who would like to restart their career as Software engineers but should be good at Java and C++
