UI/UX Designer POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Responsibilities: Design Web and Mobile workflows and user experiences that are adaptable to users changing needs Utilize a full range of product, interaction and visual design skills to seek out creative, design-led solutions to challenging problems Give and solicit feedback from other graphic designers and agencies in order to continually raise the bar for quality Work alongside cross functional teams to ensure the feasibility of the design and functionality with the necessary level of finesse Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Stakeholders and content strategists to oversee the user experience (from a product design standpoint) of a product from conception until launch Contribute to strategic decisions with the product and executive teams Identify ways in which technologies can provide new functionality and better user experiences Creating various artefacts (work flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, prototypes) and helping to evaluate them for usability
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors of Masters degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or a closely related field of study and 5 years of experience in the each of the following Designing desktop and mobile experiences using workflow diagrams, wireframes, high fidelity mockups and prototypes Working with products managers, developers and user researches to develop requirements for product interactions Creating various artefacts (work flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, prototypes) and helping to evaluate them for usability Leading the development of design principles to help make design decisions. Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and analytical skills Agile, adaptable and capable of delivering new products and features Possess a very high level of comfort in working with developers in the presentation layer
