We are looking for a Software Support Executive is an ongoing service that ensures the
maintenance of a custom software solution. This service includes fixing bugs, resolving
queries, developing new features and code updates.
Responsibilities
Should perform online & offline demos for clients.
Providing help and answers to the customers' technical issues through incoming &
outgoing calls.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.
Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports.
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes and articles.
Requirement
Should have knowledge in the software industry & online Client support
High customer and service orientation
Proven working experience in enterprise technical support,
At best, practical help desk or customer support experience
Skill :
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent client-facing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
