Internal Title: Talent & Leadership Development Professional Business Title: Deputy General Manager - Human Resources People &Organization (P&O), Lead Zone India collaborates with global HR teams, regional HR teams, Zone teams (HR, Business leaders etc.) to enhance the eco-system for employees, managers in the organization to promote performance, development, engagement etc. through the following key areas Employee and Leadership Development Based on Zone India learning needs, enhance the learning eco-system by institutionalizing learning programs at all levels (could be global, regional or zone) Building learning culture of continual upskilling and growth/entrepreneurial/digital mindset in the organization Programs for Head of the organization-1 their successors and critical roles Development Centers and MDPs for middle management Learning support on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion topics Learning partner for StepUp team (community for growth and development of women colleagues) Programs for women colleagues at all levels Manage the learning eco-system e.g., learning vendors, learning tools, learning policies, general professional acumen programs, learning related communications, audits related to training etc. Lead the brand building of P&O team and organization in internal and external forums respectively by publishing best practices, participating in award forms etc. Employee Engagement Collaborate with global team as survey champion from Zone India. Collaborate with Zone India HR team, business leaders, cross-functional teams, etc. to create plan, strategize, execute centrally etc. to enhance employee engagement Leverage employee engagement (Healthineers Forum) tool to support the plan, analyze the findings, improve the quality of discussions, track the improvement, and update the management and stakeholders on quarterly engagement reports. Be the champion for external survey (including GPTW etc.) Performance Management Adapt regional communication and best practices to zone needs This role is the zone subject matter expert on Performance Management and Workday and handles 1st level operational queries from the zone Support the zone roll-out for harmonized PM approach including understanding and communicating the zone needs Upskill and prepare local HR and managers through info sessions Info sessions to employees in the zone (if needed) Support zone to deliver on sustainability strategy for Performance Management Talent Management Coaches & guides broader HR team on framework Ensures accountability at zone level on agreed upon actions from talent reviews including collaborating with relevant stakeholder even beyond zone. Be the subject matter experts and go-to-people for the zone on the methodology and framework and handles 1st level operational queries for the zone. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D,E&I) Supports the zone council members by sharing inputs to council and working towards enhancing the inclusive culture, diversity, and equity in Zone India Provides input to Inclusive Culture/ DE&I reporting in preparation for Executive Performance Dialogues Supports (via planning, analysis and execution along with stakeholders) business in achieving D,E &I goals and KPI connected to Healthineers Forum score. Inclusive Culture Support implementation of Cu****e@Wo*k dialogue in the zone Be the point of contact for activities supporting on Inclusive Culture Person living this role is expected to have following competencies Communication, presentation and influencing without authority Domain expertise and past experience on above-mentioned key areas Team player and able to collaborate with HR, business, and cross-functional teams Able to think strategically, manage projects, build processes, and execute individually or through stakeholders Learning agility, solution mindset, attention to details, self-motivated and ownership Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Job Type: Full-time
