Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:Good knowledge of MS SQL for database analysis and reporting MIS.
Good knowledge of web server (installation, configuration, basic administration)
Coordinating with the Software Development Team for resolving client problems.
Basic knowledge of TeamViewer, Any desk etc
Obtain a clear understanding of the problem being reported and request appropriate supporting information to continue investigation.
Acknowledge customer requests and handle them expeditiously and professionally. Proactively communicate and accurately set customer expectations.
Accept incoming support requests through phone and email channels.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline; or, equivalent demonstrable experience.
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in support of both desktop and web based DotNet applications with SQL Server Database.
Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Specific Knowledge/Requirements:Basic Experience with ASP.Net MVC 5, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Framework 3.5 and above.
Experience in MS SQL Server Database environment SQL Server
Experience in deploying .Net applications on Web servers(IIS).
Experience with MS Windows Operating System.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
