Sales Coordinator - Water Treatment Plant / Manufacturing Plant Experience @ Circle Consulting

Roles & Responsibilities:
Back office sales activities for product promotion by emails/phones.
Offer Preparation.
Follow-up of offer submitted to close deal
Process of sales order/DA- Coordination with store for dispatch formalities.
Generate Dispatch documents.
Preparation of dispatch documents (as per customer requirements in case of govt projects)
Payment follow-ups.
Service report summary to be maintained for field engineers/contractors.
Sales engineer reports to be prepared and send to his superior.
Tender preparation and documentation compilation- assisting to lead engineer.
Coordination with finance and legal dept for Pre/post-dispatch documentation requirement like BG/EMD etc.

Office Location: Gotri, Vadodara (This is work from Office job and candidate needs to work from office)

Out-stationed candidates will have to arrange for their Relocation on their own.
