Job Description

a.Identify syllabus /content for each grade for the year.
b.Provide a balanced program to the students which incorporate Physical, Intellectual, Indoor and outdoor activities.
c.Program Development / Annual Academic and Co curricular plans
i.Curriculum frame work planning before the academic year, details of the curriculum is done through the school year, along with Primary and Middle school heads
ii.Further frame work planning per semester, per month and per week
iii.Text book planning
iv.Give details of Annual Academic and Co curriculard.Collaborate with faculty and staff to plan, implement and evaluate the curriculum.
e.Coordinating with the Pre primary, Primary and Middle school coordinator for the teaching plans of various subjects.
f.Constantly endeavor to find new methods of teaching
g.Supervise, evaluate and improve instructional methods
h.Agree with quality measures to ensure feedback and maintenance of standards
i.Assist faculty in resources management
j.Examinations: planning and supervising the same
k.Maintain Academic budgets as assigned
