Job Description
- Prime Responsibility to achieve Alliance Channel Business goals from existing and new Partnerships in the assigned territory.
- Relationship Management with aasigned DMA, Bank and Broker Channel.
- Business development, Negotiation and Relationship Management with key Alliance Partners/ DMA's at both startegic and tactical level.
- Engage with potential Alliance Partners,make business proposals and finalize agreements.
- Identify new potential within partners and develop scalable startegies.
- Interface with technology and other related teams to drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.
- Liasion internally with product and marketing departments to understand the short term and long term alliance partnership requirements to ensure
flawless execution of alliance business processes.
- Training and up-skilling of Alliance Partners/Personnel's.
- Complying with Regulatory Guidelines & Internal Process Guidelines and addressing for any shortfails.
- Generating new business by leveraging existing relationships,Prospecting,Conducting,Market Analysis and launching campaigns.
