We are hiring for Development Manager- Bancassurance profile.
Position: Development Manager- Bancassurance Channel
Experience: Min 1 Year
100% target achievement required, MIS is required.
Role:
- Monitoring Business Performances and Reporting
- Ensure delivery of Sales MIS and analysis for Bancassurance Channel Partners (SBI) and internal Sales team for performance monitoring.
- Liaise with Bank Officials
- Manage all sales promotion activities on time.
- coordination with various teams
Key Responsibilities:
- To analyze and provide insights on business patterns to the top management.
- Channel project planning and implementation
- Channel Business Development related activities
- Interact with Bank Officials
Critical Competencies:
- An ability to create and maintain systems
- Self driven and motivated
- Good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Team worker and should have the ability to handle projects independently with minimum guidance
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel , MS Word and MS Power Point
Key Interactions:
- Internal departments like Bank Officials, Business Strategy, Operations Teams, Sales Teams etc.
Measures of Success:
- Against the deliverables and timeliness
- Willingness to take-up new initiatives
- Innovation in approach
