Job Description

Ability to manage/direct team members of varying experience utilizing their techno-functional experience
Experience in Linux, Java, Springboot, Bitbucket, uDeploy, Confluence, Jira Experience in working in a DevOps environment with ability to direct usage of tools, etc
Ability to understand distributed architecture and contribute to architecture elaboration and/or architecture & design reviews
Ability to engage in functional and process flow discussions to elicit clarity in requirements and review BRDs & FRDs
Understanding and experience working in a waterfall and Agile delivery environment, including : Building project plans (not required to do so personally, but must be able to guide/direct)
Project planning, Create milestone plan, represent project and project team in senior mtgs Manage scrum meetings Direct backlog priorities, MVPs, story creation, story point delivery etc Manage a tech team to deliver on priorities Absolutely essential is someone who is able to communicate well with various stakeholders, with a strong tech background (as above)and enable delivery.
