Understand the sales objectives of the dealership and communicate the marketing needs accordingly.
Plan marketing activities based on the needs of market + organization
Keep the dealership abreast of competitor marketing activities
Plan the marketing calendar including budgeting as per Mercedes Benz guidelines and directives.
Timely feedback on the execution of marketing activities
Be one point of contact between the dealership and Mercedes Benz regarding all aspects of marketing
Mercedes Benz Marketing Team
Regular communication with Mercedes Benz marketing team for all aspects of marketing and CRM activities at dealership level.
Sharing of quarterly and monthly marketing plans as per the formats and timelines communicated by Mercedes Benz.
Discuss and obtain approvals on marketing plans prior to execution.
Approvals on the ideas/ creatives. Adherence to Mercedes Benz guidelines.
Regular feedbacks on the dealership and competitor activities.
Quarterly marketing reports/claims including planned actual expenditure post activity evaluations.
Other agencies
Coordination with corporate communication team for any media related activities, press conferences, product launches etc.
Communication with various publications, event agencies and other organizations for marketing opportunities.
Profile Expectations
Has to have extensive knowledge of retail marketing.
To have adequate experience and knowledge in the field of marketing/events/advertising for minimum 4 years. Out of 4 years experience, minimum 2 years is mandatory with automobile / consumer durable / FMCG).
Should have a fair understanding of digital marketing activities.
Has to have a passion to promote the brand and flare for marketing.
Has to have a creative bent of mind, open to new ideas, high level of motivation and commitment towards the brand
To be responsible for all aspects of dealership marketing activities.
Job Designation/Field of Work:
1Planning of a marketing calendar & lead generation activities
Detailed planning of ATL and BTL activities for dealership to achieve targeted prospects. Should be done in coordination with marketing Team
Inputs from sales team + market for the planning the enquiry target and test drive plan.
Planning of all lead generation activities and further close follow up with HOD CRM for enquiry registration in the system.
Optimum use of the available resources to be made.
Planning to focus upon the minutest details of the market product competitor activities.
Management and updation of dealership website and making effective use of website for information to customers and enquiry capturing.
Management and usage of dealership social media platforms as per Mercedes Benz directives.

Execute activities to achieve desired results.
Enquiry reporting to as per the directives.
Coordinate closely with Mercedes Benz team for any support.
Ensure adherence of guidelines while executing all activities.
3Feed back to Mercedes Benz Marketing team + Dealership

Prepare a post activity report after each event on Things gone right & Things gone wrong
4Archive
Maintenance of the records of the activities carried out for future reference.
