Job Description
:1.Role requires to build & maintain the relationship with all stakeholders. The reconciliation of all associated accounts for Insurance related transactions i.e. Issuance, payments (Refund & Claims), customer balance (Retail & Group) and Reinsurance & Coinsurance are the primary responsibility of this role.
2. Understanding of all the insurance transaction processing systems and reconciliation with financial accounting system.
3. Managing expectation of all policyholders on turnaround time for payment/refunds.
4. Understanding of various collection channels viz. online, offline, physical and managing the unique reconciliation process for each of those. At the same time devising payment processes for each collection modes are also increases system complexities.
5. Regular knowledge upgradation requirement owing evolving insurance industry and evolving products.
6. Developing solution to ensure timely service to customers- Refund, Claims & collection recon.
7. Managing audits and other reporting requirements amidst intensive transaction processing environment.
8. Ensuring continuous improvement in processes.
