Role Summary
We build the software that helps our customers to execute the marketing campaigns intelligently, gain the insights of various marketing channels, and predict people's behaviours toward marketing programs. We are looking for people with strong technical background in building products. If you're passionate about technology and customer experience, then we would be excited to talk to you!What you'll do

• 
  Be an inspiring leader in building frontend applications for next generation Multi-cloud service.
• 
  Deliver high-performance web services that are adaptable to varied business needs, influence conceptualisation & outstanding problem solving
• 
  Define and lead the UI framework and front-end architecture for DX services
• 
  Define and evolve the next generation of components, tools & APls.
• 
  Create technical specifications, prototypes and presentations to communicate your ideas.
• 
  Build secure cloud services which provides very high availability, reliability and security to our customers and their assets.
• 
  Mentor and guide strong engineering team
• 
  Partner with global product management, UX, engineering and operations teams to help shape technical product architecture & practices, roadmap and release plans
• 
  Own the technical design, vision, and implementation strategy
• 
  Define and apply best-practices to build maintainable and modular solutions with high quality
• 
  Develop and evolve engineering processes and collaboration models, applying creative problem solving to optimize team efficiency
• 
  Craft a positive winning culture built on collaboration and shared accomplishments
• 
  Lead the discussions on emerging industry technologies & trends and work with the team & leadership use this knowledge to influence product direction.

What you need to succeed

• 
  Passion and love of what you do!
• 
  Demonstrated ability in software development with 5+ years as Architect and 15+ years of total experience
• 
  Strong design, coding and architectural skills along with problem solving and analytical abilities
• 
  Expertise in architecting, designing and building scalable and performant frontend applications
• 
  Expertise in React, NodeJS, GraphQL, Java/JEE, Javascript, Rest, JSON
• 
  Experience in developing and building solution with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
• 
  Good understanding of working with MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• 
  Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third party integration story
• 
  Exceptional coding skills, including excellent understanding of optimization, performance ramifications of coding decisions, and object-oriented design.
• 
  Consistent track record of working, coaching, and mentoring software engineers
• 
  Ambitious and not afraid to tackle unknowns, demonstrates a strong bias to action
• 
  Self-motivated with a desire to mentor a team and drive the team to accomplish high-quality deliverables
• 
  Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• 
  Excellent speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, encourage, and empower others
• 
  BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
