In the primary part of your role: Travelling To Client Location And Training Staff Giving product demos to customers of our retail/distributor partners Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives Research key customer wants, needs and complaints & suggest solutions Ensure the ordered products/features/solutions are delivered in a timely manner Serve as contact point (SPOC) for key customers and internal teams Research and source new potential clients Measure, track and analyze key account metrics You will also be co-working with the cross functional team and prioritize the high-impact initiatives in the roadmap
