Product Manager Experience: 8 to 12 years in product management from a product engineering company Location: Bangalore Educational Qualification: B.Tech or any equivalent degree in IT software As Product Manager , you will: Own the product definition and development roadmap. Gather market needs , feedback and analyse those to feed into product roadmap Define product roadmap to fit timely market releases. Work with sales , marketing and any other teams needed to get market inputs. Understand competition , gather knowledge in the field for contemporary market relevant progress in drawing product enhancement needs and maintain competitive edge. Work with engineering teams to make aggressive but realistic roadmaps for product innovation. Work with engineering , UI , UX teams and other associated teams to coordinate product development based on market needs. Work on use case specific demos for each product. These demos could be for a year or 6 months. As and when we are ready for a different use case a demo for that should be in roadmap. Must have skills: Engineering and product aptitude. Inclination for business value. Good communication , documentation and coordination skills Team player Experience working , developing or architecting SaaS products Knowledge of latest technologies prevalent in the industry Good to have skills: Understanding of SDLC methodologies Handled software development Flair for sales and business development
