We are looking for a Correspondence Executive. @ Shreyas Group Services

Your major duties as a Correspondence Executive would be as follows :-
Client servicing for all old and new clients.
Developing new client base through mass email, calling, and converting inquiries
received.
Making weekly sales forecasts.
Prioritising client requirements and updating dispatch team as per need of client.
Responding to all relevant inquiries on email, phone call, website, IndiaMart.
Updating all client of dispatch details.
Exploring/Finding online and offline tenders relevant to our products.
Filling online and offline tenders, end to end.
Reporting directly to company MD.

Key Skills required in a Correspondence Manager :-
Educational Qualification: Graduate.
Experience with excel, word, IndiaMart buy leads. Candidates knowing Tally ERP will
be preferred.
Candidates with experience with International tenders will be preferred.
Good english for communication.
Your communication should be good, clear and respectful.
Excellent booking keeping skills.

You need to have the ability to work on simultaneous projects and keep a tab on all.
You need to be pro-active and a go-getter.
You need to be cool-headed and calm.
