JD DIGITAL LEADS MANIPAL
Below is the JD for patient care co-ordinator to handle digital leads.

We would need to onboard 5 billable candidates for this LOB and the candidates must be lined up for client round on Monday.

Max CTC: 19,000/- Average CTC: 16,000/-

Job Description :
We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to handle calls from patients and provide support to them in any way possible. They will be handling leads of entire Bangalore, Mysore and Salem units. They will be required to work in a time-bound environment. Manipal units that are having higher digital volumes, those calls will be routed to these agents.

Responsibilities - Manage inbound / outbound calls;

• Follow the communication scripts when speaking to the patients ;
• Identifying patient needs, clarify information and providing solutions
• Manage and monitor leads in CRM (Leadsquared and Digital dashboards).
• Maintain good patient relation.
• To handle maximum 90 calls per day

Requirements

• Graduated high school, but a bachelor's degree
• Strong computer skills
• Good knowledge of CRM practices ( A weeks training and monitor will be done from our end)
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language
