Supporting Actions
Managing daily digital transactions
1. Liaising with CAMS to close pending transactions, DC rejection cases, pending transactions and not in good order transactions.
2. Utilization of funds on a daily basis for digital transactions.
3. Liaising with CDSL and NSDL for timely corporate action
4. Monitoring reconciliation of digital transactions and ensuring NIL unreconciled credits.
5. Reviewing unposted and rejected transactions for any gaps.
6. Monitoring Insta redemption as a process
7. Monitoring balances for Insta redemption and IMPS account.
8. Monitoring channel and exchange transactions
Managing digital developments at AMC / CAMs / exchanges etc
1. To ensure that proper communication flows to all channel partners, digital assets, exchanges and MFU whenever new regulations or processes are issued.
2. Monitoring digital transactions for accuracy and any gaps.
3. Carrying out UAT for new digital developments.
4. Monitoring ongoing digital transactions and digital services.
5. To ensure all transactions wrt demat and exchange are processed accurately. Corporate action process to be monitored
6. Handling ETF transactions.
7. Liaising with It team for any developmental needs or any queries.
Query handing
1. Ensuring that all Queries are responded within TAT
2. Carrying out RCA for any query incase of any trend found.
3. CRM analysis
Vendor Management
1. Processing all vendor/ exchange & depositories invoices within TAT
2. Ensuring the invoices are raised as per the approved structure.
3. Computing monthly provisions and yearly budget computations.
