Job Purpose : The role has grown to own and deliver on identified key segments of our business such as Customer lifecycle and experience. Has moved to executing identified potential game changer initiatives that when executed with precision and care can give us the delta that we need in our identified parameters Focus on driving key financial and service interactions across touch points across customer lifecycle to ensure we address the customer expectations & concerns. Continuously introducing and measuring the change. Benchmark important elements and re imagine the ideal interaction and ensure implementation of the same collaborating with multiple stakeholders to make it a success. Drive unique customer history at various touchpoints, use the data to create journey maps for the customer. Identify key customer segments we want to influence with variable content and mediums to drive higher engagement. Plan and execute as per our category protection theme based engagement for identified segments to drive increased engagements in the login sections. Maturity Win back and Revenue Assurance programs and create recognition and knowledge sharing initiatives that would drive momentum in winning and bringing back customers to the fold

Managing stakeholders with good skills in execution is hygiene. Liaison with Vendors for implementation Co-ordination with agencies for qualitative and rapid output is of immense importance. Liaising with vendors for error free implementation
