* Job Description:

1. Branch Manager: (4-10 Yrs exp. required from BFSI Sector with Team Handling)

1. Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its branch.

2. Leading a team of Branch staff to ensure business growth.

3. Identifying & taking initiatives for the assigned branch.

4. Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth

5. Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals

6. Training the branch staff / sales team on all the financial activities from time to time.

Minimum Experience Required: 4 yr.

Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate with minimum 4 Years of experience from any BFSI (Preferably from Gold Loan background) can apply for this role.
