Job Description
As a Technical Program Manager you will work closely with engineering, Infrastructure and partner teams to deliver world class products. You will represent the team internally in the various product and cross functional initiatives, define priorities, bring clarity and lead continuous agile development. Successful candidates will have a technical background and be passionate about delivering high quality solutions with effective and efficient processes.
Requirements :
Organize and coordinate activities across teams and across geos resulting in quality product releases
Create project plans and drive delivery to milestones and requirements
Coordinate with cross functional and cross team dependencies
Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders appropriately
Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests
Manage status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members and management
Skills that will help you succeed in this role :
7-10 years experience as a technical project/program manager in software or related industry
Experience in agile and scrum practices
Advanced knowledge of the full life-cycle of product development.
Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
The ability to appropriately align communications with the intended audience
Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex technologies
Strong team building and team management skills
Ability to manage in an environment with diverse stakeholders.
