We have urgent opening HR Operation Executive
Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating HR Operation related activities like Offer, Joining and on-boarding, Employee, Exit, FNF, Documentation, background verification.
• Has to co-ordinate all HR Operation related Issues with Employees and Managers.
• Employee joining formalities - On-boarding formalities.
  Employee engagement - Query resolution - Phone / Mail - Payroll Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel.
• End to end HR Operation life-cycle management
• On boarding ( offer generation, pre- on boarding engagement ) & Off boarding ( complete exit process)
• Engagement
• Payroll - giving inputs for attendance & salary
• HR Policies : new policy implementation
• Handling HRMS
• Overall coordination with stakeholders-Recruitment, Payroll, Finance, admin

Desired Candidate Profile

• HR Operation role with employee life-cycle management exp.
• Knowledge of complete HR Operations / Processes - On-boarding to Exit.
• Good To Have Experience in using HRIS or HR PORTAL.
• In depth Knowledge of Human Resources Function.
• Any PG/Diploma/Degree in HR Preferred Experience.
• 1-2 Years Exp Relevant(Only Manpower Consulting)
