Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure smooth running of restaurant
Make sure the profitability of restaurant
Oversee, train, and schedule restaurant staff in shifts to ensure compliance and boost productivity levels
Assign tasks to employees and ensure they are completed effectively and properly
Educate the staff on safety guidelines, customer service best practices, and standards for restaurant cleanliness
Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
Keep track of inventory and make sure every area is fully stocked by ordering supplies and coordinating product deliveries
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience in FSR/QSR ( 2+ Years in Managerial role)
Must have sound knowledge in Food industry
Must be fluent in Tamil & English
Age below 45 Years old
Locations : Chennai, Oooty, Kodaikanal, Coimbatore, Nellore, Thoothukudi
