Trainee - Customer Service ( Inbound)

Job Description:

• Giving first call resolution to the Customers
• Good Analytical and Interpretation skills
• Resolve Customer queries and achieve Customer delight
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.

Job Requirements:

• Fresher/Experienced(min 2 years).
• Any Graduates/2022 Passing out Students can apply.
• Excellent Verbal Communication Skills-English
• Candidates should be comfortable to work in Night shifts.
• Immediate joiners are Preferable.
