Job Description ABAP:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Work on ABAP issues and developments arising from AMS support
- Understanding functional requirements & Making estimations
- Preparing Technical specifications
- Develop code, document, and execute unit tests, support systems integration and acceptance tests
- Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
Required Soft Skills :
Good English Communication skills (Verbal & Written) and Learning Attitude. Must be a team player
Required Technical skills:
- Good Working Knowledge of ABAP/4 programming language and development of interfaces with other systems.
- Configuration of interface layers such as ALE, RFC, and IDOCs.
- Development of reports, layout sets, BDCs, and other conversion programs.
- Screen input programs, User-exits, other enhancements.
- ABAP Workbench Concepts and Tools, ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Programming Techniques, Techniques for List Creation, and SAP Query.
- Programming Data Updates, Enhancements, and Modifications, Data Transfers, LSMW, etc.
- ABAP Workflows - Added advantage
- ABAP HANA - CDS & AMDP - Desired & will have a great advantage
