Job Description
Designation: Test Lead
Experience required: 6 -10 years
Skills required:
- Liaison for interdepartmental interactions: Representative of the testing team
- Customer interaction, if applicable
- Test budgeting and scheduling, including test-effort estimations
- Test planning, including development of testing goals and strategy
- Vendor interaction
- Support for customer interface, recruiting, test-tool introduction, and progress status reporting
- Cohesive integration of test and development activities
- Test environment and test product configuration management.
- Test-process definition, training, and continual improvement
- Use of metrics to support continual test-process improvement
- Test-program oversight and progress tracking
- Coordinating pre- and post-test meetings
- Implement automated test cases with focus on functional, performance, code coverage and regressing testing
- Certifying the product for delivery
- Verifying the quality of the requirements, including testability, requirement definition, test design, test-script and test-data development, test automation, test-environment configuration, and test execution
- Interaction with test-tool vendor to identify best ways to leverage test tool on the project
- Conducting test-design and test-procedure walk-through and inspections
- 5 + Years of experience in automation with Selenium and C#/Java/Python
- Should be strong in setting up Selenium Test environment (Selenium Webdriver. C#, MSTest, Nunit and azure devops pipeline)
- Must have CI/CD tool exposure (Preferably azure devops) using appium
- Hands on experience in mobile app automation (ios and android)
- Hands on experience in WebService testing using RestAssured/SoapUI/Postman
- Exposure to reporting Framework Extent Report, Allure, etc.
- Awareness in creating Test Automation Frameworks for large-scale distributed systemscloud infrastructure.
