Job Description

As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing the quality of specifications and technical design documents in order to ensure timely, relevant and meaningful feedback. You will be involved in planning and implementing strategies for quality management and testing. You will be involved in writing automation scripts for functional test cases

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure the appropriate test coverage for functional and regression testing
Test new existing features and identify deficiencies
Collaborate with Product development team to ensure consistent project execution
Develop automated test scripts to maximize efficiency
Ability to work independently and within a team

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

2+ years experience working in Manual + Automation (Selenium Webdriver)
Hands on Experience in Cucumber/Hybrid framework, Rest API Automation
Strong experience in working on programming language (Java)
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Familiar with Git Repository or Bit bucket and Postman
Familiar with testing automation within a continuous integration environment (ideally Jenkins)
Strong knowledge of API Testing Database Testing, Performance testing (JMeter or LoadRunner)
Experience in Agile, Scrum, iterative, or waterfall development and project methodologies
