Software Test Automation Engineer @ Wolters Kluwer

What you will do:

• Contribute in the design and implementation of the automation test framework

• Be involved in automation testing of Web Services API and web based applications

• Be involved in functional automation through UI

• Responsible for the TestRail Case Management Platform

• Understanding test requirements and come up with test scenarios

• Execute functional, application, regression, ad-hoc, and integration tests; including both positive and negative scenarios

• Write automation code, Debug and execute automated test suites

• Develop, implement, and execute test plans

• Participate in regular maintenance of automated test suites

• Participate in regression testing following a release

• Contribute in ad-hoc and exploratory manual testing

• Reduce the reliance on manual testing

• Be working in an agile model

• Responsible for Done definition of User Stories at the end of every sprint

• Responsible for contributing in automation POCs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ OTHER SPECS:

• 3-5 years recent hands-on experience in Functional Test Automation

• At least 1 year hands-on experience on Service Cloud testing

• Experience with any Salesforce application is a plus

• Experience with the TestRail case management tool is a plus

• Proven experience in QA automation (Selenium)

• Performance Testing Experience using JMETER or other similar tools

• Experience of API testing using SOAPUI

• Test to break mentality

• Experience with Visual Studio Test Professional and Microsoft Test Manager

• Familiar with Microsoft C#/.NET/SQL Server technology stack

• In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Angular and JavaScript

• Experience with ASP.NET

• Experience with REST APIs

• Engineering or graduate degree in Computer Science

• Ability to analyze complex issues

• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies

• Security testing is a plus

• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
