Primary Skills:

• Should have at least 5 to 10 years of overall engineering experience primarily in software development, testing of Avionics embedded system. Should have good understanding of DO-178B standards and having worked on SDLC projects Candidate should be strong programming skills in ADA95/2012 & have hands on experience in Development, Verification and Validation. Concepts of OOPS and Design Patters is a must Knowledge and work experience in Flight Management system is a plus. Knowledge in configuration management tools like doors, GIT / BIT Bucket, Confluence is an advantage

Secondary Skill:

Software Lead comes with strong experience to lead Technically the Team of Engineers, preferably from FMS, having worked on Systems / Architecture to provide needed support, build competency and deliver on project assignments

Software Engineers: Strong coding skills in ADA 2012, ability to learn new tools, good positive attitude, ability to work on test rigs / simulators and work in fast paced environment.
