Qualification and Skills
- BE or masters with major in Computer Science or related field with 5 to 12 years experience with software design and development
- Expertise in application development on Windows using C#/.Net
- Experience working with Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/Google Cloud is a plus
- Experience in Unit Test, Dev Test, and Automated functional / non-functional test for SaaS Application on Azure/AWS
- Experience in working on Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Office 365, and other SaaS applications like Salesforce, G-suite, etc.
- Full understanding of file systems, storage and cloud technologies, emerging standards and engineering best practices
- Skills in scripting languages such as Python
- Proficient in API fundamentals and best practices
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to root cause complex issues required
- Passion for finding bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code through the use of automation tools
- Demonstrated skill in using coding standards and being an active participant in code reviews
- Ability to self-manage time, priorities and exhibit a comfort/mastery of juggling multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain high quality software
- Participate in design discussions, build prototypes and contribute to delivering high-quality products/features
- Anticipate problems and future technical needs and takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed
- Mentor junior members or act as a team lead
- Work with customer support to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain unit tests/automation.
