Responsibilities- 1. Handling Bill runs, resolving Billing issues, 2. Billing Tariff/ Product configuration, 3. Operations support & Enhancements, 4. Resolving issues in different billing modules with Root causal analysis, 5. Handling Journal runs/ General Ledger Accountin

Technical and Professional Requirements- 1. Hands on experience on CSGi/ NetCracker RBM/ Ericsson/ Kenan/ Amdocs/ Huawei/ Oracle Billing Packages, 2. In depth knowledge in Rating chain, 3. Good understanding on end-to-end customer Payments & Collections, 4. Good understanding on Charges, Contracts, Discounts & Promotions, 5. Knowledge in Mediation system
