Lead - Penetration Testing @ Temenos

The Product Security Assurance (PSA) team is responsible forsecurity assurance across all Temenos Products. The PSA team works closely withsecurity vendors, consultants and the wider security research community also,with the objective of ensuring that the company s security testing programsremain up to date, relevant and comprehensive. The team is present in Chennai & Bangalore locations.

Managing team consisting ofsecurity testers & leads. This includes mentoring & assisting the teammembers to deliver on security projects. (WORK FROM OFFICE - HYBRID POLICY)

• Managing team consisting ofsecurity testers & leads. This includes mentoring & assisting the teammembers to deliver on security projects.
  
• Ensure projects underhis/her portfolio are secure.
  
• Drive the project indiscussion with other stakeholders including development teams.
  
• Drive the concept of shift left with focus on security training, source code reviews early in the development cycle .
• Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings

• BE/BTech/ MCA candidates with Minimum of 10 to 12 years of demonstrated experience managing security assurance teams.
• Experience in seeing the bigger picture from design, development and security testing
• Prior experience dealing with customers and work closely at the CSO level( both internally and externally)as required
• Development background and R&D experience is a plus
• Good understanding of secure code reviews, Open Source and penetration testing is a must.
• Background of working closely with development teams and helping the teams understand importance of security is required with focus on secure SDLC( incorporating security early into the lifecycle)
• Should be a self-starter with ability tointeract with senior management and report concisely on projects.
