The Opportunity
The objective of the Senior OEM Project Manager is to collaborate closely between Adobe and one or more of Adobe's Printer OEM partners. The Sr. OPM is responsible for handling all technical aspects of the relationship with Printer OEMs.
What you'll Do
. Be responsible the customer relationship ensuring long term partnership and customer success.
.Handle the development and implementation process of Adobe's OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) print products and services.
.Coordinate multi-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products.
.Supervise the projects from initiation through delivery, including planning and advising on schedules.
What you need to succeed
.10+ years of experience working in software development industry, PDF & print domain experience preferred
.Technical Degree required (print engineering or computer science is ideal.)
.Technical understanding of software development in C/C++ is a plus, exposure to embedded development is a plus
.Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is a must. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
.Hands-on experience in customer liaison/engagement required, B2B experience is preferred.
.International experience highly valued, experience of working with Japanese customers is a plus.
.Prior Project Management experience preferred.
.Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
.Must be self-motivated, passionate, energetic, proactive, dedicated, friendly, flexible, approachable, and confident.
.Must be able to win the confidence and trust of their customers.
.Strong organizational and time management skills.
.Willing to travel regularly to meet customers.
