The challenge
This is a position in Primetime team in Noida. This team provides solutions for SSP (Supply Side Platform) customers. Our team offers solutions: Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI) which includes ad insertion at client (SDKs) as well as server side (SSAI), Ad Currency Optimization (ACO) which optimizes the ad targeting to reduce the wastage. ACO is a Machine Learning based solution where we've different models for different customer worklows.
Being a Unified Engineering role, the candidate will have the flexibility to contribute to different phases of product development spanning from development, quality assurance and even DevOps. Job Description
What you'll do

• You will be a key player in designing, coding and building features of the product crafted to meet new gen requirements.
• Ensuring the resiliency, scalability and performance of the system
• Engage with customers and product management teams (co-located in Noida) to understand the need and craft an innovative solution.
• Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the outstanding and often next-in-class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.
• Display thought leadership in feature design and development
• Handling non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, memory errors, not just at the feature level but, analyses its impact at the solution level as well.
• Participate in the evolution of standard methodologies.
• You should be a leader excelling in communication, ownership and customer focus. The ability to deliver solid code that has a broad business impact and build software that achieves its operational goals.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
• 8 to 12 years of experience in writing production code with minimum 3 years in ML
• Should have excellent computer science fundamentals and a good understanding of the design, and performance of algorithms
• Excellent in Java programming language
• Proficient in writing code that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native applications for AWS or other cloud vendors
• Real passion for technology and solving deep technical problems.
• Experience crafting products powered by data and insights, instrumentation, experimentation, and defining the success criteria.
• Strong interpersonal skills to drive the roadmap execution across different geographies, product, and functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and new technologies and their relevance to a product.
