      JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle End to End Recruitment.
• Sourcing and conducting Telephonic & Face to Face Interview from Executive to Managerial Level through different portals like Naukri, Shine.com.
• Follow ups with line managers, regarding feedback and updating the same to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates for their documents.
• Follow up with HO team for Offer & Appointment Letters.
• Maintaining resume Database, responsible for joining formalities till Employee code creation

      QUALIFICATION

      Any Graduate
