Job Description

Role Designation- Technology Lead

Responsibilities- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities. , Good understanding of the technology and domain. , Ability to lead a team towards a desired goal. , Ensure continual knowledge management. , Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.

Technical and Professional Requirements- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, Open to work on any technology like KCML (Experience in KCML preferred), Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis, Familiarity with SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, A good working knowledge of XML, SOAP, XHTML and related technologies as well as a basic knowledge of networking. , A working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (esp. Scrum). , A working knowledge of continuous build environments. , Be able to understand and interpret existing application software solutions. , Be able to demonstrate expertise in interpreting business requirement specifications and design efficient software solutions to meet the stated requirements that support business processes with a high-degree of user-database interaction. , An excellent understanding of the tools currently in use for software version control (CVS) and workflow management (JIRA). , Ability to work within deadlines and dynamic work environment. , The willingness to coach and mentor other team members. , Have good communication skills and be able to project the company and its products favorably in all situations. , Location of posting is driven by business needs.
