Job Description

Candidate Should be from FMCG, Non-FMCG or Beauty and Personal Care Industry 

JOB OBJECTIVE

• Responsible for set up of team and distribution network in North India and subsequently for driving and managing sales & distribution in the state. Effective implementation of sales strategy as per business imperatives. Responsible for managing the product portfolio; ensuring adequate focus on Cosmetic products; expansion of the product & customer base.
• Channel partner set up and market launch
• Team set up and manpower deployment
• Market prioritization
• Analyses competitor performance for identifying new opportunities and executing plans for strategic sales initiativesAssists Business Head - Sales in developing annual plan & budget for the function; Monitors adherence to the same, identifies deviations and takes corrective action where necessary.
• Ensures efficient functioning of all accounting processes for sales; while ensuring adherence to sound financial management and accounting policies
