Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for assigned Monthly closing activities with accuracy in a timely manner
• Ensuring the daily Bank positing and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Inter-company accounting
• Prepare Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliation
• Quarter end and year end closing activities
• Experience of finalization of financial statements
• Respond to Customer queries in a timely manner
• SOX and internal control compliance

Produce performance reports for HCL Management & Client Management

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience in Record to Report (General Ledger)
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Working Experience of Month end activities (Preparation & Posting of JE)
• Working experience in handling Intercompany Reconciliation & queries.
• Working experience of Cash Management (Cash forecast)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory
• Experience in managing relationships with onshore Client
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good Communication skills
• Working experience of SAP / People Soft will be an added advantage
