We have urgent openings for Sales Manager-Virtual Office:

Designation: Resident Officer - Virtual Office

Salary: Negotiable up to 4.50 LPA + best in the industry incentives structure

Locations: Sawantwadi, Kankavali, Pimpri, Karad, Bhusawal, Khamgaon, Umred

Role:

To handle the overall Branch Business, Operations, along with budgeted to line bottom line and distribution built as per plan.

Responsibilities:

Distribution build.

- Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the dealer & agency channel in his assigned location.

- Ensure dealers are appointed as per the target set for the location on monthly basis.

- Ensure target NOPs per dealer to be delivered on monthly basis.

- Ensure right mix of MISP/POSP available in the respective location.

Channel activation.

- 100% activations from Non-OEM dealers/sub dealer/multi brand dealerships.

- Ensure targeted agency activation is achieved.

Business Development.

- Ensure target GWP is delivered at respective channel level.

Compliance

- 100% adherence to channel documentation & Payment TAT

Desired Profile:

• Any graduate or post graduate
• Age up to 40 years
• Minimum 1 years of experience in insurance in agency channel or 2 years of cross selling experience of general insurance product or health insurance product in life insurance
