Designation: Channel Sales Manager ( ELV System)

Experience- 2-3 Years

Location: Okhla (Delhi)

Salary- 40 K

Responsibilities of the candidates:
Good technical Knowledge of Extra Low Voltage System. (Fire Alarm System, PA System, Access Control, CCTV, Boom Barrier, BMS, Intrusion System, Gas detection system)

Manage a team of individuals working on telesales/customer support

Resolve customer BOQ inquiry

Good communication skills

Plan the training and standardization of their technical sales skill.

Identify customers needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible

Conduct quality assurance surveys with customers and provide feedback to the team

Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance customer support

Maintain a pleasant working environment for your team"
