Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound or outbound calls and / or emails
Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, CSAT.
Working on short SLA and clearing backlogs.
Should be familiar with Customer Empathy, customer service.
Ensure no errors occurred while assisting customers
Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy.
Answer queries about products or the company.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
Adheres to and supports company policies and practices
